The stock corporation is held in equal parts by both of the merger companies, Zimmer- hofer AG and Hobag AG. The president of the Board of Administration is Werner Zimmerhofer and the vice president is Walter Reichegger. The management and the board of administration work hand in hand with qualified staff employed in various technical and commercial departments.
